Free Digital Sheet Music

A few weeks ago, Adam Spencer spun an awesome 1950’s rock’n'roll tune called Wiggle Tail by Googie Rene. The track came from Rarities from the Bob Hite Vault. Bob Hite was a member of Canned Heat and apparently had an incredible collection of of 78s. I found the rarities collection on eMusic and promptly added it in for download once my monthly allocation ticked over. That has happened and it was worth the download. Some of the artists are not that well known (Googie Rene for example). But there is a heap of Elmore James, a stonking Bill Haley song with a great drum intro and Otis Rush, Etta James among others. Collections like this are great as the obscure gems are just as good (if not better) than more well known tunes. Playlist below for those interested and then a sneaky upload of Wiggle Tail for ya.
