The return of Friday night bootleg. I do intend to be eclectic but this week, I’m choosing one from the lads and it was a concert I was at. AC/DC at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on January 31, 2001. It was one hell of a show. I screamed myself hoarse, drank a lot of beer (to the show, during and after) . Yes, I did enjoy myself. The Living End opened for AC/DC on that tour and got a good reception for an opening band. I remember well a large group of ancient, mannered AC/DC fans defiantly singing ” Well we don’t need no one to tell us what to do, oh yes we’re on our own and there’s nothing you can do” during Prisoner of Society. But that is what good rock’n'roll can do. Melt away the years and make you feel 16 all over again. Which is what AC/DC did that night. Sin City - AC/DC Sydney, January 31st 2001
