Apparently there was this big global concert extravaganza over the weekend called Live Earth. The cause was worthy but the whole idea seemed nothing more than a bunch of musos showing they care without really achieving anything. That coupled with an alarming lack of beer has me very underwhelmed by the whole event. As the seemingly recurrent theme of my blogging of late is how back in the day it was better, well I get to mention Live Aid. (more…)
