A Grand piano with the proper care, will only increase in value as it ages. It will need maintenance and care like any other solid investment. Keep your grand piano located out of any direct sunlight, away from any heat or air conditioning vents, and placed where no draft can reach it. Your grand piano is a delicate instrument.
