Not sure what's happening with me on this one, but it seems like the more I listen to it, the better Golden Heart gets. Golden Heart put simply is one of Mark Knopfler's best CDs to date. Golden Heart kicks off with an outstanding track, Darling Pretty, that I suspect will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so.

The super talented group Saga have released their latest CD on the Steamhammer Records recording label, entitled In Transit. Unfortunately, it's not everyday that I get a CD for review that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can't force myself to get through.

The exceptionally talented Pop artist Stanley Clarke has released him CD entitled Let Me Know You. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe Stanley Clarke fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Let Me Know You Stanley Clarke's artistic excellence is on full display as Clarke has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be him best work to date.

I love jumbo guitars and I've owned several over the years, including a 1993 Guild FJ4-NT that I bought new. In 1997, I had a JLD bridge truss installed. Pass Out Of Existence is the latest release from Chimaira, and is another winner from this talented group. Chimaira have been a super stars in the Rock genre for quite some time now and Pass Out Of Existence is an excellent illustration as to why. Pass Out Of Existence is a nicely varied, mix of 14 tracks that are very well written and brilliantly performed songs by these clearly talented musicians.

It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I'm more than happy to announce that's exactly what I must say about this one.

Ray Of Light is a first rate CD, delivering a little something for everyone. I give it my highest recommendation. It's quite simply great listening. A must buy if you're even mildly into Pop music.
