This is especially true after I went back to college at age 36 to study jazz guitar. In case you've haven't been paying attention lately, we're helping spread the word by letting you know about the latest PA band to be signed to a major label. That's right, Beyond Fallen, the metal band from the city of Scranton just announced the big news.

On Saturday, April 8th, we got to sit down with yet another incredible local band, Absolution. They had just finished playing a set at a March of Dimes Benefit show in the Schuylkill Mall. What transpired was one of the best interviews we've ever experienced, and a seven page transcription of our conversation. I get the lucky job of reviewing that transcription and editing it down.

After seeing the band live and being highly impressed by the group, I contacted the band, who were "amused" at the thought of being interviewed, and we set up a time to meet.
